Free Help for Parents with Postpartum Depression

Deanna Robb, Director of Beaumont’s Parenting Program, has helped countless women overcome something more common than you might think — postpartum depression. The CDC reports (from a 2000 study) that more than half of new mothers admitted being depressed. It’s not something to be taken lightly.

For Arlene DeSantis Jones, it came on without warning. And it was Beaumont that helped. She shared her story recently in the Detroit Free Press.

Beaumont Parenting Program and Tree of Hope Foundation offers a number of free programs to help parents cope with postpartum adjustment.
