Mom Freak-Out Moments

I recently read a great article about 15 parenting things that are grounds to make many moms (or dads) lose it. Even though my children are now young adults, I can still vividly remember many “Mommy melt-down” moments.  Some I could laugh about soon after the event. Others took longer to get over.  The important lesson that I learned, especially with child No. 2 and No. 3 is that “this too shall pass.” Number one was harder because I did not have the wisdom of experience to draw on.

How about you?  How do you cope with those moments where you are on the verge of your own melt-down?
